  1. Guy, please. They are called "shutter shades." They actually came out in the 1950s or 60s, then became popular in the 80s, then again with fashionista, Kanye West.

The benefit is to look like a goofball while you block 15% of the sun from your eyes.

  2. Ah, feels! All timestream Joshes, that was a fantastic Karaoke. So let me tell you about my Galaxy Force Nostalgia! I saw Galaxy Force when it initially came out, at either Disneyland or Mariott's Great America. Galaxy Force has maybe more in common with After Burner than Space Harrier, but anyway it's a super scaling space shooter. The cool thing about the cabinet I saw was that rotated 360 degrees to mirror what your ship was doing. Watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MIgFmR2i-_0

Josh, is the candy you were talking about that resembled buttons called Spree?

    1. Yes! Spree! This was haunting me all weekend as I decided I must have been thinking about fruit flavored Mentos.

  3. Since I am essentially a cross between an uptight nerd and a chill dude in real life, and because I have a curly ponytail and I play keyboards, I have tried to put together a photo of myself for your amusement. I wanted to be a hybrid of Josh's and Emily's visions, so I went with a white button down shirt tucked into kahkis for Josh, but I made it short sleeve and put on flip flops and a wild Jerry Garcia tie for Emily. It didn't really make sense to wear both a tie and necklace, but whatever, I did it anyway. I hope this goofy image makes all your keyboardist fantasies come true. haha. I'll be layin' down the smooth jams all night. I can't wait to be your ringtone!

  4. Hahaha Nice! Now all you need is to stick a strap on that keyboard and wear it like a keytar!
Which reminds me.....as they kept describing this "Darryl", I kept getting images of George Carlin as Rufus from Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure.

    1. Rufus! Oh man, that made me realize, I totally forgot the 3D glasses. That was the most important part! I laughed that Josh keeps a pair in his desk, because I do too. It comes in handy for the random 3D game or Virtua Boy emulator.

Maybe that's what the picture was missing. I kept thinking it was supposed to be dorky and funny, but mostly just looked dorky.

    2. That's just because dorky=pictures of one's self, whereas dorky+funny=pictures of other people. Trust me, it is dorky+funny. :D
